
Fitness Coach
I've been involved in athletics for most of my life, spending 16 years in competitive gymnastics and 2 years as a collegiate cheerleader. Those experiences taught me the importance of consistency, discipline, and putting in the work to reach a goal. Through sports and strength training, I developed a passion for fitness and the positive impact it can have both physically and mentally.
In addition to personal training, I also teach Pilates. Both have given me an appreciation for the importance of proper movement, strength, and building a solid foundation. I believe fitness should be individualized, and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to reaching your goals.
Whether you're looking to build muscle, lose weight, improve your overall fitness, or simply feel more comfortable in the gym, my goal is to help you create sustainable habits and make steady progress.
