McKenna Dill

My athletic background started with competitive gymnastics, where I spent 16 years training and competing. Gymnastics taught me discipline, consistency, and the importance of strong fundamentals in movement. When I started college, I continued my athletic career through cheerleading at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown while also becoming more involved in strength training.
Through these experiences, I developed a strong interest in fitness and training.

I also began teaching and working with athletes of different ages, including teaching snowboarding, which is where I discovered how much I enjoy coaching. Helping people improve their strength, movement, and confidence is what pushed me toward becoming an instructor.

My approach to coaching focuses on strong fundamentals, proper movement, and building confidence through progress. Whether someone is new to fitness or already experienced, my goal is to create an environment where people feel challenged, supported, and motivated to improve.
